NEW DELHI: Adobe has leased around 1.58 lakh sq ft of office space at Max Square, a commercial development by Max Estates in Noida.

The lease is among the larger office transactions in Noida in recent months and marks Adobe’s expansion in the National Capital Region.

The company has started operations from the facility located in sector 129 on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The office houses over 700 employees across engineering and customer-facing roles.

This is Adobe’s seventh office in India and its third in Uttar Pradesh. The company employs over 8,000 people in India, which is its largest workforce outside the United States.

Max Estates said the commercial project is fully leased, with other tenants including global capability centres and technology firms. Earlier this year, AML RightSource had leased about 1.57 lakh sq ft in the same development.
